What Is Covered by Warranty?
Warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects found under normal product use during the active warranty period.
Warranty may cover mechanical failure related to motors, frames, moving parts, controls, or product mechanisms when the failure is not caused by misuse, impact, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty may cover electrical failure, remote control failure, controller issues, compressor problems, sensor defects, or product malfunction under normal use.
When installation is performed by Cureline Healthcare, installation-related issues are covered according to the product warranty conditions and technical inspection result.
What Is Not Covered by Warranty?
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, drops, shocks, impact, falls, breakage, or damage caused by improper handling.
Warranty does not cover water damage, liquid damage, humidity damage, or damage caused by cleaning the product incorrectly.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by wrong voltage, unstable power source, electrical surge, or incorrect electrical use.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, fabric wear, wheels, rubber parts, batteries, filters, masks, tubes, cushions, covers, or other parts that naturally wear with use.
Warranty becomes invalid if the product is opened, repaired, modified, or serviced by a technician not approved by Cureline Healthcare.
Disposable and consumable products are not covered by standard warranty after delivery because they are hygiene or single-use items. If a disposable product arrives damaged or defective, Cureline Healthcare replaces it according to the disposable product policy below.
PROOF OF WARRANTY
Your Invoice Is Your Warranty Proof
When a product is covered by warranty, Cureline Healthcare records the warranty period directly on the invoice. The invoice includes the product name, purchase date, warranty period, customer name and/or phone number, and invoice number.
If the customer loses the invoice, Cureline Healthcare can still verify the purchase using the name, last name, or phone number used at the time of purchase, as long as the invoice is found in our internal records.
This system helps customers keep clear proof of warranty for medical equipment, home care products, mobility products, respiratory devices, CPAP machines, blood pressure monitors, orthopedic products, and other eligible healthcare supplies purchased from Cureline Healthcare.
For Cureline Healthcare brands, Cureline directly manages warranty support, spare parts, repair, or replacement depending on the technical inspection result and stock availability.
Cureline Healthcare Brands

Cureline Healthcare works with trusted brands, authorized sellers, official supply channels, and reliable collaborators. For eligible products from external brands, Cureline manages the warranty communication and service process on behalf of the customer.

PICKUP & SERVICE TIME
Warranty Pickup and Service Across Lebanon
For eligible warranty cases, Cureline Healthcare organizes product pickup from the same address where the product was originally delivered. Customers may also bring the product directly to a Cureline Healthcare showroom if they want faster handling.
Eligible warranty cases are handled within a maximum of 14 working days, starting from the date the product is received by Cureline Healthcare or collected by Cureline Healthcare for inspection.
No temporary replacement product is automatically provided during the warranty service period. The original warranty period starts from the purchase date and does not restart or renew after repair or part replacement.
DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS
Disposable and Consumable Product Policy
Disposable and consumable medical products are generally not covered by standard warranty after delivery because they are hygiene and single-use products. This includes items such as gloves, gauze, bandages, syringes, catheters, urine bags, adult diapers, underpads, and other medical disposables.
However, if a disposable or consumable product arrives damaged, defective, or not suitable to be received at delivery, Cureline Healthcare will replace it directly. A photo is enough to open the claim, provided that the issue is reported at delivery or upon reception.
When applicable, Cureline Healthcare organizes a replacement delivery within 48 hours, subject to product availability and delivery conditions.
OFFICIAL WARRANTY COMMITMENT
Cureline Healthcare Warranty Commitment Letter
Cureline Healthcare provides a written warranty commitment letter explaining how eligible warranties are managed, what is covered, what is excluded, how invoice proof works, and how Cureline Healthcare handles repair, replacement, pickup, and brand service coordination.
This document reflects Cureline Healthcare’s commitment to serious after-sales support for customers buying medical equipment and healthcare products in Lebanon.
