Eligibility for Returns
- Most items are eligible for return within 3 days of delivery, except for:
- Toilet chair commodes
- Bath safety products
- Opened disposable items
- These exceptions are due to hygiene and sterilization standards, ensuring product integrity and customer safety.
Initiating a Return

- Our team offers two return options:

Pickup Service: We can schedule a pickup from your location within 1 working day.

Drop-Off Option: We can provide a shipping label for you to deposit the item at an Aramex office.

Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $5 will be applied to all returns.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets return criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after the item is inspected.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
Damaged or Defective Items

- Our team will assess the issue and determine if it occurred during warehousing or shipping.
- If confirmed, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost within 2 working days.

Time Limit for Returns
