The SISSEL® Balancefit® is a versatile air-filled balance trainer designed to improve balance, coordination, body awareness, and muscular stability. Its intentionally unstable surface challenges the body to make continuous adjustments, helping activate deeper stabilizing muscles during fitness, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy exercises.

Featuring two different textured nub profiles, the Balancefit® also provides sensory stimulation to the feet and can be used for both standing and seated exercises. The air pressure can be adjusted with a standard ball pump, allowing the level of instability and exercise difficulty to be adapted to the individual user.
