The SISSEL® Hydrotemp Neck & Shoulder is a reusable therapeutic heat pad designed to provide deep-acting moist warmth to the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Unlike conventional dry heating pads, its special mineral microspheres naturally absorb moisture from the surrounding air and release it during microwave heating, creating soothing moist heat without the need to add water.

Its anatomically shaped triangular design sits comfortably across the neck and shoulder area, while the integrated ties help keep the pad correctly positioned during use. The flexible construction adapts closely to the contours of the body and can retain therapeutic warmth for approximately 30 minutes.

Heating Instructions

Heat the SISSEL Hydrotemp only in a microwave and always begin with the product at approximately room temperature.

600 W: Heat for 1 minute, then increase in 20-second intervals if necessary. Do not exceed a total heating time of 2 minutes.

800 W: Heat for 50 seconds, then increase in 10-second intervals if necessary. Do not exceed a total heating time of 1 minute 40 seconds.

After heating, knead the pad thoroughly to distribute the warmth evenly and carefully check the temperature against the inside of the wrist before application. Allow the Hydrotemp to rest for approximately 2 hours before repeated use, and store it open rather than airtight so the microspheres can absorb moisture from the surrounding air.

Care Instructions

Wipe clean using a moderately damp cloth and allow to air dry completely. Do not soak, machine wash, tumble dry, or dry the pad in a microwave or direct sunlight.
