The SISSEL® OCTOCORE® is an innovative X-shaped elastic training system designed for multidimensional full-body exercise, functional strengthening, stretching, stabilization, and rehabilitation. Unlike conventional resistance bands, its unique 3D construction integrates all four extremities into exercise movements, helping activate complete functional muscle and myofascial chains rather than isolated muscle groups.

The numerous numbered integrated loops allow hand and foot positions to be adjusted quickly for different exercises, body sizes, and training levels. Guided resistance supports controlled movement in multiple directions while encouraging deeper muscle activation, body awareness, flexibility, and upright posture.
