The SISSEL® Spiky Body Roll Set of 2 is designed for an effective yet soothing self-massage of the feet, thighs, arms, back and neck. Its cylindrical shape makes it easy to roll across larger muscle areas, while the specially shaped spikes provide a more intensive sensory massage than a smooth roller.

Spiky Body Roll vs. Spiky Ball
